On Friday, June 19, our fellow member Guy Edwards died at his home in Galway, Ireland.
Guy, in addition to being a formidable driver in Formula 1 and Sports Cars, proved to be one of the best at securing sponsorship and he was in great demand even though at the time he was still racing.
Guy will be remembered fondly by the members who attended our general assembly in 2018 at  Piedmont. Despite being in a wheelchair following a stroke, he travelled to Italy with his two carers to be with us.
The Grand Prix Drivers Club send their condolences to Guy’s family on their sad loss.
